Welcome to okaylaro. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," or "your") and okaylaro ("we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the okaylaro website, mobile platform, games, sportsbook, and all related services.

Players who self-exclude must not attempt to re-register or access okaylaro through alternative accounts during their exclusion period. Any such accounts will be closed and associated funds may be forfeited.
Okaylaro reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, for any of the following reasons:
Where an account is closed due to a player's own misconduct or breach of these Terms, any bonus funds and associated winnings may be forfeited. Real-money deposits that are not subject to forfeiture will be returned to the original payment method after deducting any applicable costs.
Players wishing to voluntarily close their okaylaro account should contact support via live chat or email. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 3 business days. Any pending withdrawals will be processed before account closure is finalised.
